      Hey man! I fell off the wagon but I am back on it again after seeing you results. I was doing good but when I wasn't seeing quick results I got depressed and felt that I was wasting my time. I know I should not expect that but how do you keep the mind set when your not seeing it.

      do the yoga sometimes, and plan to mostly, its hard as hell. Can't do kenpo, keep seeing neon spandex in my head when I try it... i've put the dvd in twice I think. Always make it a few minutes in until they start going hut-hut, then I hit eject....morons
