      Hey there,

      Thanks a lot for the detailed and personal reply! It means a lot mate

      Basically well this is my body (i dont usually send pics as i dont like it so no fun making please!)

      basically i know its not good hence why I want to change it. I think to be honest I could eat pretty well and hit the gym 3 times a week for a sustainable amount of time, i went 3 times a week for 3 months but didnt do much on the diet front and maybe didnt have a great routine so it flopped really...

      I get the impression most of the foods I enjoy are off limits but I can make some of the classics myself like chicken goujons or extra lean mince burgers with wholemeal etc so there are some treats allowed if im right? The whole calorie thing might be a bit hard but I think I could get used to it
