Hi - my routine is nothing special. A 3 day split with the main compound lifts ...bench, rows, squats. then a number of suplemetal exercises. So chest day I do something like bench, inclines and a number of arm exercises. Back..rows, pull ups, then shoulders. Legs -squats then other leg exercises to work the smaller muscles. Most splits along those lines will work fine should you press harder every week. The main thing is nutrition. It needs to be spot on. Sorry, I cant elaborate too much but I've been working off one of mastover's regimes so I cant pass that info out. Good luck.
