[COLOR=#000000]Lat Pulldown[/COLOR]<br />
[COLOR=#000000]Chest Press (Machine)[/COLOR]<br />
[COLOR=#000000]Row (machine)[/COLOR]<br />
[COLOR=#000000]Abs[/COLOR]<br />

[COLOR=#000000]My goal is to lose weight, so am hoping that I’ll be able to make some good progress just with cleaning up my diet. I know that this needs some work, but currently it looks like;[/COLOR]<br />

[COLOR=#000000]B: Porridge/Oatmeal with 1tsp jam OR 3 egg omlette[/COLOR]<br />
[COLOR=#000000]Snack: handful mixed nuts or Apple &amp; PB[/COLOR]<br />
[COLOR=#000000]Lunch: Typically a veg based soup with either a Protein based salad or sandwich[/COLOR]<br />
[COLOR=#000000]Dinner: Protein portion plus veg (broccoli/cabbage/carrots/squash etc)[/COLOR]<br />
[COLOR=#000000] [/COLOR]<br />
[COLOR=#000000]I know that my protein intake could increase, so am looking to add in a protein shake – possibly as part of breakfast?[/COLOR]</div>

I lost 50 pounds on Weight Watchers 5-6 years ago, kept it off for 3 years, and have been going back and forth for the last 2. I am up 20 lbs from my lowest weight. I recently purchased Jillian Michaels' 90 day body revolution and I LOVE it. My problem isn't the working out, I enjoy working out, my problem is that I can't kick my cravings. I don't eat horribly, I just sometimes eat less than 100% healthy. (Going for a turkey sub with mayo instead of grilled chicken and steamed broccoli.) I lost 5.5 lbs over the past couple weeks, but when I weighed in this morning I was up a pound. I need to get back on track and I think the way to do that is to set short-term goals. Any suggestions?<br />
