So today I started my journey of becoming fitter and leaner. I began the day with Dumbell exercises which worked my chest and back.
Foodwise (this being the biggest change to my lifestyle) I had:
Post workout: Protein shake
Round of wholemeal toast
10-11AM: Apple and Bannana
1PM - Brown rice, fish and red pepper.
4 PM - Orange
7 PM - Protein shake, followed by quater of a cup of Sunflower Seeds.
