felt my throat on the last bit - bailed a bit early. Still building up to decent amount of conditioning.

Warmup

Ropejumping, 8 min

A lot of stop-and-go. Will increase the time period once my efficiency is satisfactory. Needless to say - this kicked my ass today.

In the future I will also incorporate abs on this day. They seem to be my only weak link in front squats.
