Another one finally done;
- Six days of shakes during the afternoon/evening
- just one fasted morning walk
Weight lost since last week: 0,5 kg
Total weight lost: 2,4 kg
A little bit disappointed by the low number, was hoping for better payoff from the shakes, but then again, haven't gotten much cardio in this week.
