Yesterday I did day 1 of meltdown training. It consisted of the following;
Fatman pull-ups, 10
Front squats, 10
Push-ups, 10
Deadlifts, 10
Three circuits
Went pretty well, the program did not dissappoint. I should've waited longer after eating, was close to hurling before/during/after the last circuit.
Finished with abs and a couple of sets of facepulls.
tomorrow is day 2. I will probably modify meltdown to an A B...

I read in a book recently that one way of releasing your creativity is to write "morning pages". Morning Pages are simply a page or more of writing done first thing in the morning and can be about anything at all, even if it makes no sense what-so-ever. I guess part of the intention is that writing is therapeutic and can be a real source of self exploration.
Given that I am continuously trying to find myself this appeals to me as does blogging so herewith my blog @ john stone...

NO WORKOUT
ALCOHOL CELEBRATION TIME
Reporting in to say that my final Masters examination has been completed and hopefully aced. I'm actually completely uninterested in drinking, surprisingly, but am heading over the pub now for celebration regardless. Food was good yesterday and today. Tonight I need to get some sleep, catch up on my life, and start fresh tomorrow.
In other news, due to a crazy-good cycle scheme through my work, I'm getting a proper bicycle at the end...
