What happened...

Ever since the vacation over Christmas break I haven't had the motivation to get back into the gym. Over the last week I've restarted a running/pushup/pullup routine, but I'm so disappointed in myself for letting my progress go to waste just like that. My clothes are fitting tight, I feel self-conscious, what happened?

Time to man up.
