Cutting Week #1 Summary

The first week (Sun-Sat) is in the books.
Results;
- One night of pizza and beer
- 4 nights of Velocity diet extra light (evening shake only)
- 3 morning walks in fasted state
Results:
Weight 100.6 kg, down from 102.5 during the holidays.
Total loss; 1.9 kg
Just gonna keep going in this fashion, four meals a day, the last one being an evening shake, at least for another week or two. Training three days a week and getting in 2-4 walks a week.
Cutting is matter of repeated effort in my opinion.
