Well, where do I stand

So, a bit about myself. I'm 34, I live in Israel, I work as a software engineer in a rather small software company, and I have a wife and 2 kids. I've never been into serious sports, though I tried to start this or another branch of sports many times, especially when I was a kid.
A couple of year ago, during a routine medical check up, I've been told I'm overweight, over-LDL, and under-HDL, and I'd better do something about it. I tried then changing my lifestyle, but wasn't serious enough about it. So, it brings me to July 13th, 2007, a week after my father died of heart attack, and he's only 59, and here's how I looked then:

That's 101 kg, out of which about 24% is fat.
This is how I looked on my 34th BD, on April 4th this year:
(no side image - apparently, I'm limited to only 4 images per post).
It must have been 91 kg, I think. Something like 12-13% BF.
And this one is from a couple of days ago, from my older son's swimming group:

So, it's been 10 months. Not that much progress, compared to many of the people here, but I think I'd best compare it to myself then, rather than to anyone else.
I'm hitting the gym 4 times a week (if I'm lucky, and things don't get in the way), and I try to get on my elliptical 5 times a week (I have it installed against a computer in my basement, and I use this time to watch video lectures from "The Teaching Company" - they're the best!) I try to eat clean, and it wouldn't be so hard, even without counting calories (which I can't stand for any real length of time) wouldn't it be for the sweets, which will ever be my downfall (but I'm working on it).
What's next? I would like to go down to sub-10 BF%, just to see them abs, to make some photos, and then I'm no longer going to think about things like that. I will continue to eat clean and to lift, but I'd rather do also something more interesting - like learn to swim PROPERLY (something I've never had an inclination to do before), learn some gymnastics, maybe try and get into running (though that may be a bit of a problem with my weak knees and my asthma) or, perhaps, roller blading. Suddenly, there's a whole lot of opportunities, and I'm not going to limit myself just to the gym and the elliptical.
That's it, I think.
