DAY 108 - Forgot the Numbers

Posted Thu, September 18th, 2008 at 10:56 AM by paulo_drummer
I never thought I was say something like that, but I completely forgot today was measurement day. The reason I make Thursday my measurement day is because it's my off day, so I can take all the measurement in the morning before eating. But today I needed to shift my off day for tomorrow because I needed to attend a meeting in the office. That said, I woke up today, take a shower, shaved, cook my meals and left to work. When I recalled the measurement thing? Twenty minutes ago...

I think that is what happens when you change you routine, or the way you do things. Anyway, tomorrow morning I'm gonna have my measuments done before going to the gym for my lower body workout. Being a very particular person, I waisted five minutes thinking about how bad it could be to take measurements one day late. Thank God I recalled what I was told in the forum about the (lack of) acuraccy of numbers. Besides, I'm already one day late, so worry about just won't help.

On a more happy note, today I felt something very hard in my shoulder. Yeah, hard. Like a rock. It was my bone... I think it's the first time in my entire life that I can feel my shoulder bone! Plus, looking to the mirror I realized that I'm pretty close to have a COLLAR BONE. Of course I still have to flex in order to see some bone under the fat, but man, it's even hard to describe the sensation to see it.

Time to sleep. Tomorrow I'll post the goddamn numbers.
