I am going to be using this blog to post only my workouts, food logs, and other relevant information...
Sorry for not allowing anyone to post...
My hope it to provide anyone who is interested a place to go for condensed information about what I am up to in the gym and the kitchen.
However, I will be duplicating all of this information in my journal(s), so please stop there and feel free to post, ask questions, or spark a discussion.
BTW, I'm not very good at being a hardass, so I'll probably end up letting "friends" post eventually...

Workout Log - 09.15.08

I juggled the split a bit....Mondays were insane and Wednesdays were...meh...
I also put more emphasis on lat development...I want more thickness....So I'm going to do a rotation of back exercises on Mondays. Deads and rows.
Today got a little messed up...I wanted to do GHRs for hamstrings but decided that the just suck doing them on the GHR station...I think I'm too tall for it....the good news is that Thorbecke's has the best leg curl machine I have ever used....the ROM is off the charts...
Front Squats

Superset: Cable Row / Dips
6 plates x 10
9 plates x 10 / BW x 10
12 plates x 10 / +25 x 8
15 plates x 10 / +45 x 8

Notes:
* Monday's are now basically a posterior chain day
* I moved BB Bench (or DB Incline) to Wednesday
