I am going to be using this blog to post only my workouts, food logs, and other relevant information...
Sorry for not allowing anyone to post...
My hope it to provide anyone who is interested a place to go for condensed information about what I am up to in the gym and the kitchen.
However, I will be duplicating all of this information in my journal(s), so please stop there and feel free to post, ask questions, or spark a discussion.
BTW, I'm not very good at being a hardass, so I'll probably end up letting "friends" post eventually...

* I decided not to wait another 2 weeks to try the 405.
* I'm not sure when I'm going to get to do heavy deadlifts again...
* The 405 was not too bad as far as the pull goes....but my grip barely made it through the rep.
* With grip assist, I think I could pull 425...
* I attribute all of my deadlift gain to pounding the squats and squat variations...
* I'm just 5lbs. away from my 1000lb total for the year...I'll hit that next Mon or Tues by upping my squat.
Edit: Scratch that, I have my 1,000....I didn't realize it until I added it up in the 1,000 club thread...
