.Current Goals: Lifting, Cardio, Aesthetics
Lifting goals:
My current lifting goals are improving my back squat, deadlift and Olympic lifts. My squat is my weakest lift and because I always feel so weak when squatting I don't particularly like it. That has to change.
Cardio goals:
Aesthetic goals:

- Squat goal: 1x5xBW
- Deadlift goal: 1x3x100 kg
- Olympic lifts: (a) improve technique, (b) slowly increase weights
Cardio goals:
- Improve time on 5k rowing
- Complete 5 day bike trip in July without running into trouble (knees)
Aesthetic goals:
- Get to 16 % BF.

I will be really eager to see how these turn out. I'm just starting (see my blog) and will be posting my goals tomorrow, when I have more time to set down and type everything up. Good luck and keep at it!
