Iced Earth November 9th, 2004, 11:19 AM Fantastic job!!! :tucool:
I'd say you definitely look lower than 20 % too.
Keep up the great work!
1FastGTX November 9th, 2004, 11:56 AM Agreed with everyone here - HUGE differences there!! You are looking so much better. That back shot is GREAT, nice definition coming in in the back and shoulders!!!
Congrats, and keep up the great work my friend!
bm1te November 9th, 2004, 03:48 PM Amazing progress! Look at the muscular build already shining through the fat. Don't cut too much and lose all that muscle as it makes us skinny guys cringe every time we see it happen! :bb:
citrixmeta November 9th, 2004, 04:18 PM JUST AWESOME!!!
i wish i had your shape! great job
GKHammond November 9th, 2004, 05:56 PM i wish i had your shape! great job
It's official, I can now die a happy man. I never ever ever thought that I would be at a point where someone would be envious of my body shape.
Thanks for all of the encouragement guys! It's so awesome to be able to get positive feedback from folks going through the same thing I am. Without JSF and all of the great contributors, I don't think I would have stuck with it this long.
Note to BM1te: Trust me, I don't think I'll ever be able to cut too much. Although, I am jealous of the pictures that John had up of himself a couple of days ago that "repulsed him". I think that with my frame, 175 will be about the lowest I can go. I would be happy with a two-pack. As far as body fat, I got my myotape and calipers in the mail today so I can get some other readings besides the Tanita scale.
¿prodigy¿ November 10th, 2004, 02:54 AM :claplow: :claplow: Huge progress! And only two month!?!!?! Amazing! :claplow: :claplow:
Keep it up! :tu:
ara2003 November 10th, 2004, 03:29 AM Looking Awesome
Reno_1ted November 10th, 2004, 09:27 AM In the side pic are you standing naturally ? If so, you may want to start building some core strength, as your posture is off a bit. Just something to think about. :)
The progress you have made is incredible. You definatly have a good body shape to work with. Chest will be impresive with the right training and lower BF.
Nice job and thanks for sharing. :tu:
adamc November 10th, 2004, 09:58 AM Fantastic work! You're making great progress. Keep it up! :claphigh:

simon.karlsson November 10th, 2004, 08:39 PM Exellent job man, keep it up, the rest of that bodyfat will melt away in no time!!! :claplow:

Assuming your bf% is 18% right now (I think 20% is a bit high) and that you keep your muscle, you'll be at 10% when you're 175.

lots of muscle mass. try not to lose it all... YOU DID AN EXCELLENT JOB SO FAR!!!! I M SO PROUD OF U :)
GKHammond November 14th, 2004, 09:18 PM Thanks everybody for the comments! It really helps to get encouragement from other folks who understand what I'm going through. The comments about the body fat are probably correct. I received my calipers and myotape and it looks like I'm closer to 16-17% BF instead of 20% (curse that Tanita scale!!). I'm back from my business trip now and back on the program. You can keep up with me in my journal or check back here the first week of December for 3 month progress pics. Keep up the good work everybody!
BamaDave November 16th, 2004, 07:28 PM That is a lot of progress in two months. Much flatter stomach and your upper body is obviously massing up and wider. People won't recognize you in another few months!
