How much is in each pack of the samplers? Is it just one serving?

I want to send a couple of friends of mine (who are a couple) some of All the Whey to try. I know they will have to have a fair bit around to get into the advantages of it--so I was wondering if I should send them 2 samplers of the blend and 2 of the meal replacers? (which would be $36) Or should I just send them a couple of 2 pounds of the Blend (Chocolate and Vanilla) and one pound of Meal Replacer (I was thinking of Strawberry) which is about the same amount of money.

Their lifestyle sucks and though they have the desire to eat better and exercise, the stress in their lives is enormous right now and has been for several years and will be for at least a couple more.

One of them never gets breakfast--she grabs a bagel, most of which she doesn't eat and coffee and then doesn't eat anything at all, all day and then comes home mid-evening to a meal cooked by her partner and then stuffs her face and passes out from exhaustion.

I have been trying to get them encouraged to look at this site.

But in the meantime, I proposed that they at least try the protein powder, so they could get some kind of "meal" in through the day. For the first time, they seem open to that suggestion. So I was thinking I would send them a couple of packs of the samplers. I was wondering how much was in each pack. I know they will have to have it around a while to get a bit hooked on it. They'll see how much better they feel having this stuff and it might motivate them to make a little more effort to eat regularly and then they might find energy to do some of the exercising.

So I was wondering how much was in the samplers?

Each sampler is a one serving pack. I got one with my last order. I'd be cheaper and maybe more effective if you ordered a few 2lb jugs and made a larger sampler type pack for them. Say 5 or so servings of each flavor you may have and then give them that. Its very nice of you to try and help out. Especially if they want to improve but have no clue where to start.

good luck,
Emilio

I agree with Emilio. Buy the 2 lbs. tubs. AllTheWay is trying to do something so we can try out each flavor, but they have priced their sample packets way too high for what you are getting. There is a discussion about this on their thread. It is on the last or next to last page.
