Hi guys!
I'm a "newbie" with working out, going on diets etc. so I need some feeback on my diet and workout plan...
I am 25 yrs. old, 6" tall, when I started out (Jan. 26) I weight 222 pounds, two weeks after (Feb. 9) I weight 209 pounds. Have not yet measured lean body mass, fat mass, body fat...
Diet :eat:
08:30 - 1/2 cup outmeal, orange juice
10:00 - Snack (nuts, pretzels etc.)
12:00 - Green salad, 2 slices of bread
15:00 - Snack (nuts, pretzels etc.)
17:30 - Chicken breast or filet, or a slize of Salamon filet with vegetables or green salad
17:30 - CLA, Pyrolean, Multivitamin, Omega-3, Vitamine C
19:30 - Whey Protein with Glutamin shake
20:00 - Workout
22:30 - Cottage cheese, Snack (raisins, nuts, pretzels etc.) or white beans (Heinz)
22:30 - Whey Protein with Glutamin shake
Workout :bb:
4 times a week:
45 min - Stationary bike
30 min - Running
20 min - Stair climber
Abs.
3 times a week:
25 min - Stationary bike
20 min - Stair climber
