Plus a good way to get your protein in!
I have always loved dips, but most don't really fit into my eating plan these days! I recently bought a box of Kashi TLC crackers (which are yummy btw!) and couldn't face eating it plain, so I whipped this together:
1 small can of albacore tuna drained (canned or smoked salmon would be good too)
1 heaping spoonful of cottage cheese
1 spoonful or hunk of cream cheese
salt and pepper
herbs or your choice (I used dill and garlic, but I think lemon pepper or tarragon would be good to)
Food process the heck out of it and you have a yummo dip to go with your crackers with minimum guilt!
