Well, I decided that when I passed 10 kilos I'd post some pictures, so here we go.. I didn't start taking pictures right away though, so there's only about 6-7 kilos that separate these pictures.

I'm not sure how many more I should lose before bulking, 10 more maybe? What do you guys think? I'm 86,5 now, started three months ago at 96,7.

Very good progress for only two month (28/8-6/11), those 6-7 kilos that you have lost seems to be more in the pictures. Enormous difference in the pictures! :claphigh: :claplow: :claphigh:

I look forward to see the pictures for the next 5 or 10 kilos! :jumping:

Excellent progress! Hope you're doing some lifting to keep a decent frame.

Looking good. Huge progress.

Don't put a number on how much you need to lose before bulking. Look at your body. When you feel that you've lost enough, raise your energy intake.

Yes, I try to lift twice a week, and do cardio four, don't always manage to though. I have a really small frame though, so I'm sure I'll look pretty skinny before I bulk.

Knubb's right, for once (just kidding, Knubb! ;)) - cut until you are satisfied and then bulk. Just make sure that when you start your bulk you don't half-ass it because you are worried about gaining a little fat. That's a common problem for those of us who have just lost weight.

Congratulations on your progress, great work so far!

Thanks everyone:) I guess the weightloss will be slower now, but what's fun is that every kilo lost will make a bigger and bigger difference. Can't wait to get rid of the remaining fat, wish me luck! :tu:

Hey! I resent that! Every once in a while I actually DO make sense you know...grunt...

...and besides, I more than make up for my semi-understandable ways of looking on things with my angel like charm. Just ask guava and jRS. Yeah!
