It looks pretty bad ass! I hope the 3rd movie is better than the first two. Man, I was really disappointed in the first two. I hope this one makes up for it.

Very nice. Although Lucas has been bashed for Episodes I and II, I thought they were decent. I am holding out hope for Episode III. If he does it right (and the trailer looks great), then the prequels will be redeemed.

All I have to say is that I hate the computer generated Yoda.

This will likely sink for the same reason the last two did: Lucas wrote the script. He's a terrible writer and this will be filled with the same 6-year old level dialog as the others. I hope I'm wrong.

There's a funny pic running around of Spielberg and Peter Jackson backstage at the Oscars that says something like: "So we're agreed? We kill Lucas and then go save Star Wars."

I don't care what anybody says, I LOVE Star Wars. (<--Definition of a FAN, which is short for FANATIC)

Lucas wrote the script for Star Wars. Listen to the dialogue... Hear any difference? There isn't any. It's supposed to sound like a 30's serial. That's the idea.

I didn't care for Episode I. Liked Episode II. Hopefully they continue to improve. The wife and I watched the trailer and our jaws were on the floor...

Funny story. I caught a little shit for this one. So at the end of the trailer, big as life, it says 5-19-2004, right? Guess who's wedding anniversary that is (5-19-2001 the jackass typing this post was married!)? When the wife saw the date, she mentioned how funny it was that it was on 5/19. I didn't pick up on it... she repeats the date slowly for me... "May 19th"? Then she reminds me it's our anniversary. Oops. Been catching crap for that the last day. :o

As much as I disliked Episode 1 I must say the trailer for it was one of the best trailers ever. I anticipated that movie a great deal and was sadly disappointed when I finally saw it.

This trailer was just meh.. half of it was scenes from the other movies. :\
