My diet has been jo-joing up and down for the last 8 years and I am utterly sick of it. My weight has gone from 252 Lbs (115Kgs) all the way down to 190LBs (83 Kgs) (that was over a 6 month period). Its constantly fluctuating. It's time to sort it out. About 2 months ago I was well in to my 4th or 5 th weight loss/losing body fat phase. I tore all my right ankle ligaments while playing rugby so I was layed up for a couple of weeks.
I have fully recovered and am really focused to lose the weight and body fat once and for all. I need to start eating properly for life and not just for a diet. I also need to state this to give me direction. This is a challenge for myself. I want to lose body fat and weight. I would like to lose 22 Lbs (10 Kgs) in 3 months. I am determined. Will post starting photos and finish photos. WATCH THIS SPACE.

Excellent! Do you have a plan yet that you can post up? Also, what's your weight now? Can't wait to see your progress... making your training public is one of the best ways to motivate yourself. Best of luck!

I'm not a rugby player but a lot of rugby guys do the CROSSFIT Workout of the Day.

It's pretty cool. You can see the "WOD" HERE (http://www.crossfit.com)

it's all about functional fitness. Once you get into good enough shape to actually do a full WOD you should have reached or exceeded your weight goals. It's pretty cool. Check it out.
