Try to really watch what you eat, I know it's really hard to keep a balanced diet when in high school but thats the only thing thats going to get you to that low body fat % you need to show abs and more muscle everywhere.

A good diet and workout routine will get you to 175 faster than you can imagine...

From that pic you look like someone who exercises regulary but doesnt eat well so it doesnt show, kinda like me.

As long as your consistent and keep doing the right things you should shouldnt have any problem reaching your goals. Your starting with a better base than many.

Hi JZeratul, and welcome!

You look like you have a very good base, and a good amount of muscle hiding under that little bit of fat. Good job on eliminating the fast food and soda. Further refining your diet as you progress will allow you to reach your fat loss goal by June with no problem. You're going to look great when you are done, so keep at it and good luck!
