Omega EFA mix, from 10 different sources, good stuff.

Multi Vits and Vitamin C from time to time.

Soon I will be using Relentless as a post work-out drink[hydrolyzed whey].

Personally I see no use for whey consumption during the day.

KINO:
You take a lot of Beverly products. I like this company too. However can you recommend something besides the Ultra Size for a MRP? It's the only thing I have tried I think. While I believe it's a very good product, the taste could be better. I would prefer more protein too.

Anyway what do you think?

(PS - Sorry for the thread derail guys)

Are you using the Chocolate, or Vanilla US? The Vanilla is kind of chalky.
I switched over to Muscle Milk as my MRP. I got some of the Chocolate Mint Chip last week, and with a couple tablespoons of heavy cream(I mix my powders with water) and letting it sit in the freezer for about 20 minutes...it taste just like a frozen ANDES Mint.
I have to say this though...I haven't ordered any Ultra Size in the last couple months, and I really miss having it in the house. But $19.95 for 15 servings vs $28.95 for 17, really makes it kind of a no brainer for me.
Muscle Milk is just ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

LATE EDIT: Mass Maker would be good as an MRP as well, though the carbs are higher than US or MM. You could basically just live on Mass Maker.

LATE LATE EDIT: I'm very aware of the multitude of pre-packaged MRP's that are available on the market, and I have tried alot of them. I'm not saying that what I listed above is the best out there. Only that these are what I currently use, and enjoy.

I got the chocolate Ultra Size. Kinda gross. It's weird. I saw a booth for these guys at a BB show in Orlando, and they made what they said was Ultra Size and it tasted INCREDIBLE. Maybe I am mixing it wrong.

Funny you mention Muscle Milk - I recently started incorporating this into my routine as well. Have not decided if I want to slowly go off Ultra Size and go 100% Muscle Milk for the MRP. But damn if it isn't a good idea judging by taste alone! UNREAL taste. I'm telling you guys, chocolate Muscle Milk is better than a Steak and Shake milkshake!!!!!

Although the nutritional facts are much different between the two products. I also mix Muscle Milk in milk -- enormous difference there obviously with the carbs.

Thanks Kino for the help.

Assuming that the nutritional facts on the Muscle Milk are correct (I have heard rumors but cannot confirm them), I think the product would be fine for bulking and cutting alike if you mix them properly and take them in moderation (not 5 double-servings a day, which would be easy cause it tastes so good!).

If you drop the milk, and use water, and 2 TBS heavy cream, you'll lose the extra carbs from the milk(if you want too), and you'll still get that same great taste. Just an option...
If you like the Muscle Milk, I'd use up the US(or send the unused portion to me  ) and start trying some other flavors. The fruit smoothies are great too...
