I cant say anything about those in particular. Personally I take Beverley International's Multi Pack... no complaints at all.

This looks more like an energy pill than a multivitamin. I don't see anything about pharmaceutical grade or adhering to USP standards. I'd go with something that does both. The Beverly mentioned above does this, as do the ones I use and recommend. Here is a multivitamin primer (http://www.naturalphysiques.com/cms/index.php?itemid=209).

Thanks Jeremy, so you suggest I get both:

Mega Antioxidant (http://www.usana.com/products/essentials/mega_ao.shtml), a balanced, high-potency blend of 30 vitamins, antioxidants, and other important nutrients to support cellular metabolism* and to counteract free-radical damage.

Chelated Mineral (http://www.usana.com/products/essentials/chelated.shtml), a complete spectrum of essential minerals, in balanced, highly bioavailable forms.

Klaus,

I suggest you review a few different, high quality products and determine what you feel will provide the value you deserve. This is the product that my wife and I use (in case it was not obvious when visiting the site, I am an independent associate for the company), and we use similar products for our son and daughter (there is teenaged version and a toddler version).

Jeremy

Edited to include this note: you listed the antioxidant and multimineral, there is a product that was the landing page which has both of those combined into a single product.

Thanks Jeremy, so you suggest I get both:
