I was just curious, maybe someone had post this before, but anyway I'll just ask... "Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi and all other Diet sodas" Is it really true that they really contain 1-10 calories only like it is written on the label? And does all diet soda means it is almost calorie-free?
And one more thing, I seldomly drink sodas, but I'm thinking of adding it into my daily diet, maybe a can or two... Will it harm me or it has no problem, as long as I don't replace water with it?
Thanks...

Bottled "Diet Coke" has .41 calories per 100ml, as to fountain "Diet Coke", here's an interesting article to read Saccharin in Diet Coke (http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/dailys/01/Aug01/082801/amd0001.pdf)
Anything under 5 calories per serving can be labeled "Calorie Free", so just because it says 0 calories doesn't mean it is, I used to use "Splenda" packets in my protein shakes before finding out that each packet of Splenda contained 4 calories and .9 g Carb
