When I look at the front picture I think that maybe the traps are to big compared to the other muscles. Maybe it is ok if I look at the back picture...

What do you think? Do you think I should train the traps more rarely than now? Please comment, and tell me what you think!

Are you happy with your traps? Regardless of what anybody else says, it's your oppinion that matters. Unless you're working out to be a proffessional bodybuilder.

With that said, everybody's traps look quite large when doing the front pose like that. I think you look good.

I will continue as usual for a time and see how the traps will be developed.

Thanks for your comment!

Prodigy, your trap development is tied in with the situation with your shoulders. It's hard to believe but it's all connected. Remember you told me that your neck feels tired sometimes? What's happening is that because your shoulders are rounded forward, your traps are carrying all the load. I never did shrugs and my traps still developed great but it was at the expense of my shoulder health. You need to work on that program that I recommended and everything in your mid back and shoulders will develop more evenly with your traps.

Your traps along with the rest of your muscles look fine to me. Great progress.

awesome shoulders dude, how did you get ur rear delts to grow so well? Thanks!

I think that these two exercises has done the job on the rear delts:
Standing Bent-over Rear Lateral Raises (https://www.ast-ss.com/training/exercises/execution.asp?bp=Shoulder&pn=7)
Dumbbell Rows (https://www.ast-ss.com/training/exercises/execution.asp?bp=Back&pn=5)

Maybe these exercises could do some secondary work on the rear delts too:
Standing Side Lateral Dumbbell Raises (https://www.ast-ss.com/training/exercises/execution.asp?bp=Shoulder&pn=11)
Standing Dumbbell Press (https://www.ast-ss.com/training/exercises/execution.asp?bp=Shoulder&pn=13)

I do all my workout with dumbbells due to I always do the workout at home and I'm following the MAX-OT 5-days-program. I have adapted the exercises in the MAX-OT program to exercises with dumbbells.
