You definitely have enough time! As long as you're motivated and educated you should be looking great by your wedding! (not to mention...your wedding provides an excellent date for your goal)

Keep us posted with your progress, stay motivated!

You'll have enough time as long as you stick to a good diet and exercise!!!

Wedding will be like a reward for all the hard work.

Now go do some HIIT. :gl:

It's look like you don't have far to go. You could have a bulking and cutting cycle done by July maybe too. :D

Looks like you have a pretty nice body structure ... I bet you'll look great as long as you stay on task! There's definitely enough time.

I have to admit, though, your head looks like it's in pretty bad shape ... ;)

Now that I've seen your pictures I think with hard work and a good diet you are going to look AWESOME by July. You don't have far to go, so work hard and you'll probably reach your goal before Summer. Good luck!

Nearly 3 weeks later and I must be doing something drastically wrong! I'm gonna change my cardio to John's 23 min HIIT routine. Currently doing 45mins at 70%.

Any suggestions are welcome cos I got till July (wedding day in Barbados). Maybe I'm stressing too much which is causing my problems!! :(

How about some late night HIIT with your fiance? ;)

Seriously though try this schedule.

Monday: Weights
Tuesday: HIIT
Wednesday: Weights
Thursday: HIIT
Friday: Weights
Saturday: HIIT
Sunday: A well deserved rest

When you start HIIT slowly work your way up from 10mins to 20 over a few sessions. Also once 20mins starts getting easy then up the intensity, not the time :D
