I guess I'm in a bulking phase and I just calculated what I have eaten so far today.
Protien shake (MucsleTech Nitro-Tech) - 25g
Balance Bar - 15g
Oatmeal - 7g
Healthy Choice Salsburry Steak 23g
Another Balance Bar - 15g
So far thats only 85g of Protien
I plan to take another shake after my workout so add another 25g
then eat a small portion of meat so I'm assuming 30g more.
Thats only maybe 140g of protien!! And I weigh 180!
Any suggestions what I'm doing wrong here? I'm really ever really hungry since I've been eating 5-6 times a day. Any other easy ideas to get more protien in me?
