Today I suddenly realized my pants are much more comfortable to wear than three weeks ago. I used to take them off immediately when I got home and slip into something more comfortable, now I've been wearing them all evening without even thinking about it... Nice to get the first noticable results from my diet and workouts! :claphigh:

Yep, my favorite pair of jeans hardly stay up anymore, and I've been doing the same thing- staying in them all day cause they're so loose!! :D

I had to wear my suit this weekend (which I purchased in late October). The pants no longer fit, and my belt barely fits anyhow (I'm on the smallest loop and it's getting pretty loose).

Now that I think of it, I must've been at around a 34" waist back then (I'm currently at 31").
