Grrr! I was down as low as 75.9 kg (167 lb) this month, but this morning i am all the way back up to 77.9 kg (171.4)
Interestingly, there is a lot of difference between last month and this month even there is only a marginal weight difference.
I have included the 5 month photos so you can see it (esp the chest area).

I also threw in a back comparison (only Start and Today photos for that)

1st photo: Start @ 87.3 kg (192.1 lb)
2nd photo: Month5 @ 78.1 kg (171.8 lb)
3rd photo: Today @ 77.9 kg (167 lb)

my typical week day is this.
5:30 get up and take ALCAR and l-glutamine
6:00 40 minutes jogging
7:00 4 eggs or protein shake
10:00 4 eggs or oatmeal
1:00 meat (chicken, lean beef or kangaroo) + lots of green vegies
2:00 l-glutamine + creatine then MAX-OT workout
3:00 protein shake with ~90g dextrose, creatine and l-glutamine
4:00 meat + starchy carb (potato or rice or something similar) + lots of green vegies
7:00 Tuna or salmon salad with flaxseed oil thrown on
10:30-11:00 ALCAR, l-glut and creatine and SLEEP!

About a pint of water with every meal

I'm currently taking a bit of l-glut and creatine, cause i'm loading it. This is a new addition.

weekends are similar just with less food (rest days) and sometimes beer (gotta have a life too! heh)

Someone has a crush, ey?

I know how you feel when the scales go up while you're trying to cut. Last month, I lost a total of 0.7 lbs (wow, ey?), while cutting 3.5 inches off my waist. It was still frustrating to see the scales standing still...

By the way, have your arms grown this past month? They look more muscular than last month, and so does your traps. I think you're doing great, no need for the "Grrr"'s, really.

Sweet progress!! There's some pretty striking differences when you line up the photos. Good lookin' diet, too.

The overall change in definition is great! :claplow:
I bet it's fun to get up in the morning and look at yourself in the mirror.

excellent progress, bro. just out of curiousity, do you perform any heavy shrugging movements? it looks like your forearms can handle the grip strength required to do so and big traps definitely give the impression of a powerful upper body. keep at it! :gl:

Magnificent!, you can tell that you´ve kept your promise to yourself and gained self control. Damn!, you´ll soon have a 6-pack, just keep it going!. :)

i do no more shrugs than listed in the MAX-OT workouts, this week its 1 set of 6 reps.
and some power-lifting style dead-lifts that hit the traps pretty hard.
Not sure if the weight can be classed as heavy, but its getting pretty heavy for me, heh.

The forearms are odd, they have always been weak and i had a lot of pain in them in the first few months, but they seem to have almost over-adapted. Now just have to get the rest of my arms in proportion! :)
