I realized that some of my earliest shots -- with my flash washing out my face because I hadn't started using a tripod -- actually do show some parts of me reasonably well.

So I pulled together these two pics ... before is 20 March 2004 ... after is 20 October 2004.

Your Bi & triceps definately looks larger, even though the before pic is washed out and not the same scale. shoulder looks healthier too.
