Hello all

OK this is offically day one for my diet, I want to lay it out here and hopefully you guys take a look over it for me.

8.24am: Take dog for daily walk, about half a mile at a moderate pace , takes about 20 mins.

9.00am: First use of my new exercise bike, do about 17mins at 12.5 MPH with a heart rate of 145.

9.25am: Breakfast time.

11.00am: 2nd meal

3.35pm: Late Lunch

8.00pm: Dinner

Then about 10pm I will do another 15 to 20mins on the exercise bike.

Throughout the day I have also been drinking a lot of water, about 5 pints I have now drunk.

Total Calories 1826 , total fat 43 , total Carbs 201 and total Protein 166. This isn't to bad as I was aiming for about this so thats good although for my first day its been really hard trying to work out how much of what to eat, don't know how you all manage it!

So what do you all think of my first day of dieting so far?
