Chris - I've been following progress on your web site. I think you are coming along very well. If your current rate of transformation continues I cannot see why you shouldn't begin to see your goals by May. You have made similar changes in your appearance compared to John in your first 6 weeks. I don't really have any other suggestions for you other than to say keep up the good work! If you keep doing what your doing then I think you will be very happy with the results come July.

You are doing great Chris, just keep it up and you'll get there. That little fat roll over your lower abs will be the very last thing to go, so don't get discouraged. I still have a little of mine left, in fact.

Oh, train your lower body too! Squats are great for building muscle and muscle burns calories.

Thanks all,

I figured that the "roll" would be the last thing to go.

Need to start doing some lower body work, didnt even think about that really.

yeah bro, time to pump out some squats, RDLs or SLDLs, and some calf raises at a minimum! gotta get those quads, hammies, and cows(calves!) up to par! plus, those exercises bring in to play a LOT of stabilizer muscles, back muscles, etc, so they are awesome!
