I have better biceps than this picture from today shows ... I think I'm just a bit glycogen depleted ...

Anyway, this comparison was compelling enough that I felt like sharing.

Before is April 18 ... 235 pounds, 30.5% bodyfat

After is October 20 ... 207 pounds, 22% bodyfat ... yeah, not 19% ... that's another story ...

you look a hell of a lot better, well done - one suggestion though, the next photo you take, try not to get the door handle in, it makes it look like you have a weird growth! (2nd pic, top of right thigh)

Heh, if you wanna see back... I should take a picture of my behind to post. It's not the most extreme in ghetto booty, but it certainly qualifies

Excellent progress! Your after pic makes Speedos less scary to me

Thanks for the nice comments, everyone. Glad you liked the thread title, Evil Hx Coupe.

mmace, you're right about the door knob ... I think this is one of the only shots where it's done that, but it does look pretty weird. Thanks for pointing that out.

Still got plenty of work to do with chest and ab fat, but I'm getting there. :db:

I have never seen such love handles and upper thighs as in that first picture. Shows where you put your fat. Its almost like the speedos are cutting into you. !!! ;)

In that second photo you have NO love handles, and the V taper is MUCH more noticable. And your thighs look great. No longer do the speedos look like they are cutting you in half. Your looking good.

Well done, thanks for sharing. :tu:

Yeah, it was actually the largest size Speedo I could find. It's a 40 ... at the time of the pic, my waist (at the waist band of the Speedo) was 44 3/8. :o

I'm now under 40 there, and it's actually starting to feel just a little bit loose. :tucool:

You never saw me at 187-lbs. Love handles? I had love handrails. I'm as glad as I am upset there are no visual records of my body at that point. I looked like a walking pear. When I wore pants w/ a belt, I looked like a lump of lard tied in the middle.

Great work, Adam. The progress is very noticeable body-wide.

Thanks, everyone!

Yeah, been keeping at this for ten months now ... just started taking pictures about six months ago.

The hardest part is figuring out how to do this "for life", or forever. There have been plenty of times when I felt like I was going nowhere with all my efforts.

I've still got plenty of flab ... espcially around my chest and abs ... heck, my entire middle still has a ways to go.

Happily, though, I've begun to feel unstoppable. It's not like I'm coasting ... in fact, things are getting harder. But except for injury I can't imagine anything stopping me. For a long time, every day was a challenge. Now, doing the right thing is a habit, which makes everything so much easier.

Thanks again!
