View Full Version : Access to Gym and daily walking as exercise?

How important is it to exercise in mornings on an empty stomach? This is what I was doing before, but lately with work and classes it would be extremely difficult to do it in mornings, empty. If I were able to do my cardio whenever I can squeeze it in everyday (although probably not at the same set time daily), would it be as effective in the longrun? Something is better than nothing, after all.

Also, lately I've been walking everywhere instead of driving, I would say I walk about three miles daily. Would you say this counts as a pretty good exercise in itself?

Thanks

Of course it is. Anything is better than nothing. IMO, the most important thing for weight loss is progressive resistance training - weights.

Yeah ive been having trouble getting my cardio in also because of the less time I have the weather conditions outside.. But I still do my 3 day split lifting routine.. This means I will still lose fat even without cardio?
