Hello guys and gals!
I haven't been a very active visitor on the forum lately. Though I haven't layed off from weightlifting. I've been very active in the gym and am trying to bulk some. I would appreciate any input, good or bad on my progress.

EDIT: One of the pictures attached was taken three or four weeks after I first stepped in to the gym. Then I started out with cutting and eating below maintenance and lost like 16 Lbs. After that I've gained some back. My current weight is 178 Lbs.

Yeay! Alfons!

I see some serious difference in the deltoid and lat area, that's the biggest change as I see it. More of a V-shape, and slightly "higher" delts.

Thanks!
I'm still searching for the best way for me to build mass. I have tried MAX-OT before but it felt like my joints took too much damage of it. I started out with my new schedule two months ago and it feels great and is fun with more sets. I'm going to try it for two more months or so and then evaluate the progress. Any input about my workouts?
