I'm out of protein powder until Friday (payday), so I've been having to get my protein from food but, I'm having to eat bigger meals to get the protein in.
For example:
For breakfast I eat 2 eggs, 2 meatless sausage patties and 2 slices of turkey bacon.
36g of protein and 370 calories. Am I eating too large of a meal to assist me in fatloss?

No. But it would also depend on the rest of your meals. I wouldn't worry too much about it, that really isn't that big of a meal, especially for breakfast.

Also, I'm eating about 1772 cals a day now. I think I might have been eating to few cals and my metabolism slowed to a crawl. I was eating about 1250-1300 a day.

As far as the rest of my meals, I've obviously been eating a lot of tuna and penutbutter and preserve sandwhiches. Each one has 20g of protein. Beef, chicken, and fish remain in my diet.
