It depends on what you want. For fat loss 5-7 days at 30-60 min a session on empty stomach is best.

When your goal is gaining muscle, maintenance or cardiovascular conditioning:
20-30 minutes of continuous activity per session for 3 days a week is good.

I do twice a day usually. Some people say not to, but I have no noticed any strength loss so I will continue until I reach my desired BF level, or until I notice I'm growing weak.

I do 6 times a week at 50-60min. at around 69-71% HR (119-124 HR)
working just fine.. Make sure it's on an empty stomach..

I always plan it for 7 days 45-60mins 70%hr(optimal for fat loss IMO)... But most of the time I only manage to get 3 days in(it bores me)...

It's working out fine though.

At that intensity 7 times a week is probably a bit much, good for improving your condition, but when your restricting your calories you might want to tone down the cardio a little as your body is in a somewhat weakened state. But don't fix something if it ain't broke.

Lately I do 5 hours cardio 5/6 times a week[driving a bicycle], very slow, mostly HR 100/110, with spikes to 130/140.

Fatloss wise it's awesome, altough I can't really say yet if it burns a lot of muscle.

60 minutes a day, 7 days a week, at 75% give or take .

cool guys cool im at like 9% bf and i just cant seem to fuckin get the last bit of it off of me. I guess im just trying to learn my body but it takes time to feel it out like what your body responds best to. I think thats the trick in dieting/working out/etc is finding out what is best for YOU, because everyone is different which makes it so much harder for people to give advice. And about that empty stomach cardio controversy, I really dont see much of a difference when I do it on an empty stomach vice haven eaten ( i dunno if haven is a word lmao) although I do do cardio on an empty stomach just in case there are two days out of the week that I have no time in the morning because of school.

I'm having great luck with a 5 day, 45 min @ 65 - 70 MHR early morning cardio. I've found that with me, doing cardio first thing in the morning and then leaving at least 8 hours before my scheduled weight workout provides for optimal energy for both cardio and weight training as your not burned out from one or the other when you start your session.

I'm no expert but I think the lower in body fat you get (you already being at 9%) the harder it is to get rid of fat as your body wants to hold on to some for health reasons. Depending on what you currently weigh you may need to put on some additional muscle mass to loose more.
