Hey guys its a while since my last post, but be happy that i'm still right on track after discovering these forums last April. In fact, my friends now call me He-Man after all the work i've put into trimming my bf and adding muscle mass! I guess u could say i'm nearing my goal of <10% bf but i still have a way to go. Anyway, the other nite i was out for a few drinks with a few of my buddys and you know how it is, we got chatting to a few ladies, trying the old irish charm! However, they weren't too impressed with our (slightly drunken) behaviour and decided to diss us with what are for me the most memorable "insults" ever. Instead of me recieving the usual "lard ass" comment they actually called me "skinny ass" and "no ass"!!! I was delighted to say the least. They made my night! And well soon afterwards i met another lovely young lady, the rest is history!

I'd say it's time for some sqats :p
