This is an 8 minute MP3 file. It is low quality due to size - the actual master is a CD-quality track that will be going on a new CD I am recording to supplement my e-Book. I thought this may be beneficial to some of you embarking on this journey, and also to put a voice to who I am.

And so, I've been stalling my cut for the longest time. Now that I've got DietPower, I have confidence that I'll be able to reach my goal if I use the program well.
