Is it wrong if i keep jogging after my HIIT cardio session?
I was thinking it would be too catabolic. I would loose too much lean body mass. So is it wrong or not?

HIIT is catabolic no matter what, unless you eat before-hand, in which case you are not burning fat, so if that's your goal, you'd not be wanting to do HIIT anyhow.
As well, if you feel the need to jog after HIIT, either the HIIT session is sub-par in intensity, too short, or you should think about possibly doing a more moderate form of cardio for a longer duration for the results you are after.

If its not possible to do cardio on an empty stomach how long after you have eaten should you do cardio? a couple of hours?
EDIT: Nevermind, I read you answer to that question in another post.

I agree with SC, everytime I do HIIT I am wiped. If you can still jog afterwards you need to bump up your intensity.
Go on a machine(or use a HR monitor) and track your heart-rate.
I believe John mentioned something about heart-rate vs perceived excersion in his logs.

i have read that doing HIIT is very good at releasing free-fatty acid's into the blood stream, so maybe a short 10min low-intensity walk or something would be beneficial
same with weight training, its good at releasing FFA's into your blood stream, its up to your diet and/or low-intensity cardio to oxidise them (diet is the easiest way though)
