Hey Guys,

Just a quick question. The only chance I get to go to the gym is in the morning before work. I wake up at 5:30 to go. I have tried the after work routine but I find myself too tired. I have read a bunch of postings on post and pre workout meals but it is just so early when I get up that I can barely get myself to eat a banana. Any suggestions as to what I should eat before and after?

I am trying to lose a bit of fat while toning up and gain a bit of lean muscle mass. Iam 5'9, 138 pounds and 18%BF. Any help would be great.

Cardio on empty ....is okay in fact it's preferred..

Weight day.....
It comes down to desire.. How much do you want it and what are you going to do for it ?

Sometimes you just gotta buckle down and do it.. even it's only a banana, protein bar(which isn't the best) ..Protein shake..bowl of good cereal etcc.,..
Heck I buy those egg and sauage patties from walmart and I throw them on a plate .nuke for 1:50sec. and I've got a fast meal.. ..
But I don't eat before I cardio and my 15-20 min. weights.. but then I'm cutting..
But if was to do weights mainly I would do one of the above...
