View Full Version : X-BOX, Fitness CD/Game
girlcop1 Thu, October 14th, 2004, 05:06 PM So here goes my question, not even sure it should be here in this forum. X-Box has a new CD/Game with a personal trainer. Anyone here used it or heard anything about it? I ask because on this CD they claim to give personalized meal plans for weight loss along with grocery lists, etc.. Also you can set the personal trainer to the equipment you have in your home and they will give you a routine using that equipment. The CD runs 34.99 US Dollars at Best Buy. I am just wondering if anyone here has thoughts or opinions on this. It looked like a may be a worthwhile CD if it does what it says. Also looked like a good motivator (new routine everyday). Thoughts, opinions????

It sounds pretty cool, but the best fitness "game" for Xbox is Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix :)

badgolfer Thu, October 14th, 2004, 05:30 PM Just another way to get a product in front of you. Reinvention of the wheel. Smart idea if you ask me. They now have their product in front of an entirely new audience in gamers. I would bet it is based on sound principles and like any good diet will work if you stick to it.
