This one is real simple.

1. Cook 10 oz of ground turkey breast.
2. When the meat starts to darken throw in 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning.
3. After it looks finished cooking, add in 2 tablespoons of hot salsa and 2 tablespoons of non fat sour cream.
4. Once you mix that in nicely add 2 slices of american veggie cheese in little pieces and wait for it to melt.
5. Then warm up 2 whole wheat tortillas in the micro for 30 seconds on high.

The rest is perfection.

yikes. i never eat meals big enough to eat that much at once. thats like 500 calories at least.
