Just a tad lower, perhaps.. You've got a decent amount of muscle.

For whatever it's worth bodycomp put me at App. 22% 159lbs of LBM I started at 34% BF and 144 LBM..this was from Golds Gym..
I'm getting checked again in a week or less from them again..
