Weight and height values will help it to be a little more accurate. I would imagine you are in the low 30s though off the top of my head.

Oh lol I guess that would help... last time I checked I was about 5 6 and a half and 185 pounds. I estimated myself to be at 35 percent

At 185. 35% would put your LBM at about 120lbs. 30% puts it at almost 130 lbs. So I bet you are somewhere in that range currently. Welcome and good luck by the way.
