Haven't posted here in a while, but thought I'd give a quick update.
A while ago I decided to stop counting calories and just eat what I wanted (while still eating reasonably healthily)
At that point I weighed around 164lbs.
I am currently 171lbs, having put on a bit of muscle and a little bit of fat.
I am heading off on holiday to the States next week and, having seen the results of John's bulk, plan to do a two month clean bulk when I am back in November. Then in January start a (hopefully) short period of cutting to get my bodyfat levels down to around 9-10%.
I like to think that I look a little better now than I did at the end of my last cut, I am especially pleased with the mass I have gained on my chest.
