I have some scales which take user data (height - 5'8", sex - M, age - 21) and along with your weight and the resistance to a signal sent through your feet give you a bf%. Mine say that I am 17.4% (I weigh 132lbs) but looking at other threads I'm guessing that's wrong?

I look a bit silly in the pic, startled by the flash and because of the angle of the camera I couldnt look directly at it and up. In the picture I'm just tensing my abs.
Thanks, Adrian

No where NEAR what your scales say. As you get lower BF, your scales and electric measurements become innacurate. Get some calipers.
Id guess 13%.

if u wanna calculate ur BF try going to Http://www.mybodycomp.com
in my experience it is very accurate, as long as you have measuring tape. well, it might be different for u because im a fat man for now.

Try some nutrition or workout site. The really good once are like 400-500 dollars. I mean the once that dietists use.
