I'll attach some pic's and one from 5/24 when I was running, I was 202lbs but then I fell of the wagon and was up to 218lbs by 8/04.. photo's..
And photo's from today..

Boy you can 3.5 in I lost in the chest area...

Lets see they all got mixed up.. the two little ones are from today..

Top large pic is from 5/24 202lbs I was running some
Bottom Large pic 8/4 218lbs
Two smaller pic's and larger pic under them are from today.

Looks like you added some muscle in the pictures. Stay focused, you'll do great.

As much as it looks like I'm bigger in the older two pic's on the left it was just fat..and water.. On the right I had lost 3.5in in the chest area and about 3in in the ab area..
I do feel alot slimmer and and my wife has noticed it.. No comments from people around me but I think that doesn't happen till it alot of difference because people don't like saying anything until it hit's them in the face..:)
I feel alot harder also..and new muscle I didn't have before or at least they are harden up ..
The top left pic I was the same weight as I am now but I was only running and I was soft.. on my Chest and arms.....
Some of my difference
Chest now is 43.5in was 47 in.
Belly now 41in was 44in.
Arms Flexed now 14.78 was 14.25
Calfs now 15.75 was 15
Starting weight 8/4 218lbs. today 201lbs.

Can anyone guess was BF% ?? I'm thinking in the 24% area..
